SPM Landscape now offers Financing


Eligibility and Requirements:

  1. Client is required to pay 35% of total bill (inc. taxes) upon signing
  2. Client agrees to the scoop of work being performed as quoted
  3. Client understands that all work is weather dependant and as directed by the project manager
  4. Client agrees to pay remaining bill in 12 equal payments with a 8% interest rate (a $40 non-refundable processing fee applied to the first payment)
  5. All Subsequent payments will be made on the 1st of every month
  6. Client agrees that Advanced Connect Inc is not responsible for any overdraft charges they may incur by their financial institution due to non-sufficient funds. In the event of a declined payment, client will be charge $45 non-refundable fee.
  7. In the event payments are not made as agreed below a lien will be placed on the property until payment is received in full.
